The Quality Management System of HPC, through which:

  • the organizational structure is continuously redefined
  • new fields of consultancy are continuously probed
  • internal communication systems are optimized,

aims to support the achievement of the following business objectives:

  • provision of specialized and customized consulting services, generated each time, according to the specific needs and peculiarities of each customer,
  • optimal combination of high quality and economy in the solutions offered to customers,
  • maximize customer satisfaction as a result of solving their organizational problems and improving their economic size,
  • creation of new business functions and the correlating work positions which will be covered by officers executives with specialized skills,
  • continuous transfer of know-how to the clients management team,
  • improvement of our human resources through continuous training and assignment of new responsibilities which require higher levels of expertise,
  • constantly expanding and broadening use of new technologies and means of communication for the efficient and qualitative provision of consulting services.

For faster and more effective achievement of these objectives, the HPC’s Management

  • Is committed to and applying the principles of the Quality Policy and the Quality Management System which itself defines.
  • Informs the human resource and encourages them to commit in the same principles.
  • Ensures continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by effectuating corrective measures and preventative actions derived from regularly scheduled internal inspections and Administration’s reviews.
