History

It all begins when a team of individuals, with international academic backgrounds and many years of work experience in the areas of Business, Banking and Consulting Services agreed to establish a company of “Business Growth Specialists” with the sole purpose of helping professionals and businesses develop the needed skills and competencies to become “high performance organizations”.

That is how High Performance Consulting was realized. Based on the experiences and academic backgrounds of its founding members the company grew into a European consulting firm based in Nicosia and having partners in Athens, Rotterdam, Milan, Tirana,  Belgrade, Sofia, providing comprehensive consulting services which cover all our customer’s needs.

In contrast with traditional consulting companies, HPC:
